When your body & mind is prepared
Despite feeling prepared, my first birth ended birthing on my back with interventions. I was disconnected from my body and never taught how to truly work with my contractions, move my baby down, or push instinctively. Birth became mentally exhausting, and without feeling safe and supported.
The second time around, preparation changed everything. I learned how to breathe, move, and work with my body. I finally experienced how differently birth unfolds when deeply prepared.
Your Birth Partner plays
a big role
It's not enough to just simply “be there.” My partner knew how to protect my birthing space. To support my breathing during contractions and to guide me through intense contractions with movement and touch.
He helped me stay connected to my body when labor became intense. And most importantly, to make me feel safe.
Because when a woman feels safe, supported, and undisturbed — birth unfolds differently.

Heal & Manifest
After my first birth, I knew I needed to heal before bringing another baby into this world. I began diving into nervous system healing, subconscious mind work and Reiki.
Instead of carrying fear into my next pregnancy, I intentionally rewired the way I viewed birth - and slowly, my body began to trust birth again.
My next birth became everything I once thought was impossible: calm, instinctive, empowering, and deeply healing.
The fourth trimester
My own postpartum experience taught me how powerful the right support can be. From traditional belly binding and breastfeeding support to babywearing and baby massage, I experienced firsthand how much these practices can support healing, bonding, and confidence during the early weeks after birth.
As new mothers, we need our village — something that many women no longer have. We are not meant to navigate this vulnerable and transformative time alone.
